The walls at Facebook speak. Its chosen dialect is the poster. Covering walls and conference rooms, these posters voice a history that few of its millions of users will ever hear. Over three and a half years working at Facebook I had the pleasure of questioning, translating, and synthesizing the beliefs, emotions, and activities of this unique community.
