Atelier Food by Petter Johansson

Atelier Food is a new project that seeks new solutions and innovation through food. Initiated by top international chefs such as Stefan Eriksson, and other leading people in the branches of communication, science, culture, and business, the Atelier is represented by a restaurant in the heart of Stockholm, and on-going workshops to explore food in its relationship with sustainability, energy, culture, urban development and transportation.
